We have added several industry experts to an already impressive roster of speakers. These nationally recognized leaders will provide practical, profound and to the point information—solving problems, sharing secrets and building a community to support each other.

Looking to expand your brand through reality TV or become a participant on a reality show? Gen Anderson of “Gen's Guiltless Gourmet” and Sheila Conlin, the premier casting director for reality television will share their knowledge and secrets on this expansive industry. Sheila has worked with hit shows that include “Hell’s Kitchen”, “Kitchen Nightmares”, “Hotel Hell”, “The Moment of Truth”, “True Beauty”, “The Swan”, and “Nanny 911”.

Ana Flores, founder of Latina Bloggers Connect will offer a “Social Media Boot Camp” on how to build your personal brand or grow your business through social media.

Idaima Robles, Senior Lender of Accion Chicago, will discuss the ins-and-outs of financing and raising money to start your own business.

Margery Miller, President and Owner of PeopleBiz Inc. She has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and businesses in the fields of personal and organizational transformation. She will share her deep understanding on the dynamics of a family-run business.

Sandra Cisneros is a Chicago native whose books have been translated into over 20 languages worldwide — her iconic novel being The House on Mango Street.

Nell Merlino is the Founder and President of Count Me In For Women's Economic Independence, the leading national not-for-profit provider of resources to guide women to grow their micro businesses into million dollar enterprises. She is the author of Stepping Out of Line: Lessons for Women Who Want It Their Way in Life, in Love and at Work and the creator of Take Our Daughters to Work Day.

Rosie Castro is mother to Julián Castro, Mayor of San Antonio and U.S. Congressman Joaquín Castro. Rosie is the former Director of the Center for Academic Transitions at Palo Alto College.

Nely Galán, Founder of the Adelante Movement, is a self-made media mogul who recently co-hosted ABC’s “The View.” Nely is the first Latina president of a U.S. TV network (Telemundo) and creator of the hit FOX reality series “The Swan.” She is an Emmy Award-winning producer of over 600 episodes of television and is the first Latina to appear on “Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump.”
